We are not affiliated with a gym, leisure centre or a big company, we are a family business so you can expect the personal touch. Giving back to the local community was the reason we started our classes over 5 years ago. In fact we didn't charge for the classes and relied solely on donations from our attendees for the first two years. Obviously as classes got bigger so did the cost of running them (and keeping the tea and coffee topped up). We charge just £3 per class to cover these costs which is amazing value for money considering you not only get a class for that but can grab a brew after class too.
